# Instructions:
01 - Combine 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 1 minute.
02 - Place cranberries in a large bowl. Pour the warm syrup over them and gently toss to coat all berries evenly.
03 - Transfer cranberries using a slotted spoon onto a wire rack or parchment-lined tray. Let rest for 2 minutes until tacky.
04 - Roll small batches of cranberries in 1/2 cup granulated sugar until thoroughly coated. Set aside to dry for 2 minutes before serving.
